As much as we are entertained watching the game, we sometimes ask ourselves, how did they ever make those plays possible? We see players credited at all times for their performance on the field. However, we also have to credit their coaches as they play an important factor in their performance.
A coach is there to guide the team and help them work as one. He sees through the individual capacities of the players and hones them through training. He looks at their skills and abilities and decides which position they will play. He designs the different plays and hand signals that players can use in the field so that the opposing team cannot read them. A coach is like the father of the team, unbiased and disciplined.
The perfect coach does not need to lead the team to a perfect season. Although Don Francis Shula of the Miami Dolphins, made it possible way back in the 1972, the best one can only but help the team think to give their best and find all means and plays to win the game fair and square. Although Shula is now one of the best coaches ever existed in NFL, there are also other coaches that people consider the best all time coaches. Among them are:
1. Tom Landry NFL considered him as one of the best coaches existed in their history. He once worked as the defensive coordinator for the Cowboys. One of his greatest accomplishments is the invention of 4 3 defense that is now one of the most popular base defenses of various teams.
2. Vince Lombardi He is the former head coach of the Green Bay Packers. This man is a genius as he led the team to win 2 Super Bowls. He was the man who quoted inspirational speeches.
After the cheers have died down and the stadium is empty, after the headlines have been written and after you are back in the quiet of your room and the championship ring has been placed on the dresser and all the pomp and fanfare has faded, the enduring things that are left are: the dedication to excellence, the dedication to victory, and the dedication to doing with our lives the very best we can to make the world a better place in which to live. Vince Lombardi
3. Paul Brown He was known as the father of the modern offense. He had led the Cleveland Browns to Super Bowl Championships. He had produced good players that became best coaches like Don Shula of the Miami Dolphins, as well as Bill Walsh, who is also named as one of the best NFL coaches in http://forbes.com.
